The house is bright and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. High ceilings, in the main part of the house 4 meters, and a large number of windows and doors, ensure a constant supply of fresh air and allow you to enjoy a refreshing breeze on a hot day.
This modern family home has an open plan living and a spacious dining room with direct access to the large terrace. In the living room are two air conditioners and fan. The kitchen is in a modern style with inbuilt gas stove panel and oven and a modern extractor and dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. The bathrooms are very spacious and bright, modern design, the walls are decorated with mosaic tiles, fully equipped with high-quality taps and showers. The bedrooms have a built-in closet, small and very comfortable with A/C. Each bedroom is decorated in its own colour scheme. The whole house and the swimming pool is equipped LED lighting that allows you to save on electricity.
A special pride of the house is the swimming pool and garden. The size of the pool is 27 square meters with a children’s section and the waterfall lined with tiles that reduce the consumption of chemical and simplifies the maintenance of the pool. At night time, you can enjoy light colour shows and the sounds of the waterfall.
The pump house has equipment for swimming pools, gas water heater, 2 tanks of gas and backup power. Parking is made in the modern style and for two cars. The house is fully fenced and has automatic gates.
Amazing landscape of the site, on the territory of which planted more than 35 plant species, age-old fruit- bearing mango trees, which create a special atmosphere around the garden. Maintenance fee per month for the house are US$ 270,00 per month and includes 24 Hour Security, Back-Up Power, Common Area Maintenance, Communal Lighting, Exterior Maintenance, Garbage Disposal, Garden Maintenance, Pool Maintenance, Water.
